Our technical department supports the estimating and job scoping functions. Our decorations advisors liaise with policyholders to ensure that decorating materials are chosen and available in time, and at the controlled cost.
Insurance Claims Management
In addition to undertaking the reinstatement works, we also act as claims managers for selected clients. The insurers’ involvement is limited to advising us of the initial claim, and receiving the invoice upon completion of all works
We have the expertise to deal with all aspects of the claim, from technical matters of validation and repudiation, to quality control procedures, to ensuring a satisfactory completion.
Out of Hours Emergencies
Our administration centre in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Lancashire, is staffed 24 hours a day. We have dedicated out of hours staff and all-trades operatives ready to respond to emergency calls passed during nights, weekends and over all public holidays. This service is provided to all our clients as well as the general public.
Minor Works (Contracts)
We are experienced in planned small works including renovating void properties, reinstating fire and flood damaged buildings.
We have a niche market working for several major house builders where we look after all issues arising in the guarantee period. We also undertake initial snagging work where the building developers find it a cost effective answer to a traditional problem.
As well as house builders this services is used by local councils, housing associations and many loss adjusters & insurance companies.
